Our Company:
DSH Management Services Inc is a multi-function corporation that currently needs to bring on new reps to service its virtual call center division catering to some of North America’s top companies.
We are looking for talented individuals who are customer service oriented and dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you cannot guarantee 20 hours per week, this is not the position for you. We need people who want to work, want to make money and are passionate about customer happiness, everything else can be learned.
The Position:
Work from home, answering inbound customer service calls. There is no cold calling involved. This is a contracted agent position, not employment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide quality service by identifying customers’ needs
• Research and respond to customer inquiries.
• Process payments, orders, plan changes, etc (varies by client)
• Handle high volumes of incoming customer calls.
• Attend Job enhancement sessions when required; regular upskill training offered
• Must meet monthly performance target set by client
• Must be able to perform other duties as required.
Pay:
We pay via direct deposit on the 1st and 15th of every month. Depending on the client selected, you will be paid either per hour or per call. On average, pay ranges from $8.50/hour to $16.00/hour plus hst and bonuses. Some clients offer sales incentives on top of base pay.
Hours:
Set your own schedule with the work schedule released 2 weeks in advance. Each client’s service hours vary, as do the minimum work requirements.

Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass criminal background check.
• 1+ year sales/customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional telephone manner.
• Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Windows XP or Windows 7 computer system (windows Vista and 8 currently not supported)
• Internet, 6MBPS or higher (have or will get)
• Basic phone line (no long distance or add-ons needed)

Training:
Training is done online, from home. We provide full certification to be able to effectively service customers quickly and professionally. Depending on the client selected, there may be a fee for certification. You are not paid during certification. Remember, this is a contracted agent position, not employment.
